Larson Engineering has the experience to both evaluate your current athletic facilities or develop facilities on a greenfield site. Pavement Rehabilitation
Larson Engineering can evaluate your current pavement conditions to provide cost-effective recommendations to prolong the service life of your pavement. Larson Engineering can also work with clients to prepare customized Pavement Management Plans, which includes evaluating existing pavement conditions to aid the client in understanding timing and budgets for future maintenance. Our engineers have successfully integrated porous pavement, brick pavers, pavement reclamation, micro-slurries, soil stabilization, underground retention, infiltration, lightweight fill and other techniques and products into the design to meet the needs of our clients. To obtain the best value for the pavement rehabilitation, Larson Engineering prepares plans and specifications for contractor bidding, assists with obtaining the required permits and approvals, and performs construction inspection and administrative services to verify correct implementation of the improvements.
Site Design and Land Development
Larson Engineering’s civil engineers have vast experience in many site design and land development projects, including residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, hospitality, religious, educational, and multi-use land development sites. Our engineers work closely with clients to maximize their goals in developing property by providing practical solutions that meet the needs of our clients, and works with the unique constraints of each site. We use our experience to assist clients with planning, re-zoning, and entitlement work, as well as the procurement of boundary/topographic surveys, traffic studies, and geotechnical exploration reports from third party consultants. We then use our knowledge of local, state, and federal requirements, as well as experience in many different geographic regions, to design sites with efficient and compliant site circulation, practical grading, efficient utility routing, and economical stormwater solutions. Larson Engineering also has the ability to design and facilitate off-site improvements such as turn lanes, utility extensions, and other miscellaneous improvements to integrate the proposed site into the existing infrastructure.

Stormwater management is a crucial aspect of every project that often has complex issues with varying requirements across the country.
