The project’s goal was to create two state-of-the-art restaurants that would attract a new generation of customers while continuing to cater to those that have come to love Tom’s and Holidays throughout the years.
The three-story Holidays features indoor tiered seating, multiple full-size bars, and gaming area. An outdoor patio that can accommodate up to 30 people is sheltered by a custom-designed glass privacy fence and a large overhead canopy adorned with LED string lighting.
The 22,500sf building has a large basement which uses precast plank on structural steel to support the first floor. The second floor and roof use steel bar joists on wide flange beams. Concrete block and steel moment frames are used for lateral support.
