Consulting services for the repair of steel support framing for the exterior façade consisting of highly ornate restored cast iron panels and glass storefront of the National Historic Landmark and City of Chicago Landmark, formerly called Carson Pirie Scott & Company store building. Conducted on-site observations for the General Contractor and facilitated modifications to the design due to undiscovered conditions.
