One Clinton, a modern 38-story residential tower in downtown Brooklyn, features a ground-level public library with 114 luxury condominium units above. The façade features a white grid of elegant limestone highlighting the large, full height windows. Larson Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering services for the LithoStone rain-screen façade system on this prominent, Brooklyn addition.
