GNS Garden City Steam Line Stress Analysis

Larson Engineering was engaged to perform a stress analysis of high-pressure steam lines within a tightly packed, operational facility. To enhance design accuracy and reduce risk, we utilized a 3D laser scan to work from precise as-built conditions. The point cloud enables us to accurately assess routing and tie-in locations, detect spatial conflicts early, minimize the need for site visits, and improve safety. By incorporating reality capture into our process, we delivered solutions that closely aligned with actual field conditions, which reduced disruption and increased project efficiency.
