Gershwin Theatre

The Gershwin Theatre, originally opened in 1972, underwent an exterior face-lift in 2022 featuring a new glass façade over the existing masonry exterior walls. The elegant and modern façade features white, opaque glass with LED lighting giving the old structure a modern, vibrant presence in the New York City theater district. Larson Engineering, Inc. provided structural façade engineering for the glass façade and back-up support structure.
