We have performed the civil and structural design of multiple Boiler/Combined Heat and Power facilities for fuel ethanol plants at multiple locations across the US. Design included Civil site grading and underground utility design. Structural design including design of muti-level steel framed building with mezzanines and equipment access platforms for supporting process equipment, vessels. Foundation design for twin 140,000 lb/hr water tube boilers (Steam drum, economizer, gas train, fans, stack support structure). Foundation design for 6 MW turbine generator for static and dynamic loads. Design of tank and vessel foundations. Design of secondary containment for hot process sump and piping and electrical supports.
