Steven’s Creek Phase II

The modern office building located on Steven’s Creek Blvd was originally built in 2014 to accommodate a lease from Apple. Phase II of the project created 241,490 square feet of space with 108,000 square feet being rentable office space and was completed in 2019. The building is six-stories with a six-story precast parking garage that can hold 685 vehicles.
