InSinkErator

This $34 million headquarters and laboratory development for InSinkErator will house over 170 engineers and professional staff. The building was designed to promote a collaborative work environment and to facilitate company growth and innovation.

Larson Engineering, Inc. provided the structural analysis and design for this 86,000 square foot facility. The building has a two-story office area connected to a one-story lab with an additional one-story office space and mezzanine. The construction consists of metal deck roof supported by steel joist and beam framing, and a suspended concrete deck floor supported by steel columns. Construction was completed in July 2018.
