We have performed the civil and structural design of multiple carbon capture and storage facilities for processing 200,000 metric tons per year of CO2 at multiple locations across the US. Design included civil site grading and underground utility design and structural design. Structural design included mat slab foundation design for skid mounted processing equipment (dryer beds, compressors, chillers, blowers, liquefaction), design of steel framed building for processing equipment including 70’ clear span steel framed roof trusses, design of steel framing supports for ammonia coolers, design of tank and vessel foundations, design of secondary containment for liquid transformers and piping and electrical supports.
