Full Balance of Plant (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Controls) Design of 5.4-million-gallon, 2 MW multi-cell cast in place concrete sealed anaerobic digester to convert cow manure to power. These projects consisted of Civil site development including roadways, grading and underground utility design, Mechanical piping design, Electrical power and electrical controls systems design and Structural design. The Structural design was completed using ACI 350-20 Code Requirements for Environmental Engineering Concrete Structures, including ACI 350.3 Seismic Design of Liquid-Containing Concrete Structures. Components outside of the digester design included design of foundation for 2 MW package turbine generator for static and dynamic loads, design of tank and vessel foundations, piping and electrical supports and flare stack foundation design.
